BIOGRAPHY
- Registered with the Association of labour consultants of Padua since 2009.
He primarily provides labour law employment advisory services and has gained significant experience also in the field of payroll and personnel administration.
He manages settlements in individual and collective disputes and assists companies in procedures and agreements with trade unions at local, regional and national levels for temporary and extraordinary redundancy schemes (CIGo, CIGs) as well as mobility procedures.
He also manages industrial relations, in particular with the client’s internal and external trade unions.
